How to Fix “Unable to connect to cloud” when setting up Norton
- Restart computer:
To solve this problem, you can restart the computer. If you are using windows 10 operating system or versions, then exit from all programs and restart the system.
- Configure the web browser
Configuring the web browser process is different for different operating system versions. If you are using windows 10 then go to start and settings. Then go to apps and click on the default apps. - Norton Remove and Reinstall tool
If you are still not able to solve the issue, go to Norton official website and then download the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool. Save the .exe file to on local drive and press the Ctrl+J key. Click on the .exe file and then follow the instructions to install the tool on your machine. After completing the installation; now click on the Remove button and remove the Norton product from your system. Now restart the system and follow the guidelines to complete the reinstallation of the Norton product.
