I have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for you to fix a fault that is stopping my laptop from reaching the Norton server. I have spoken to three online representatives who all promised callbacks & action within 24-72 hours. Guess what, nothing has happened. So I am extremely unhappy with the service provided.
