Q. I have failed to access either online chat or phone, how do I contact Norton?
I have failed to access either online chat or online phone in each case being directed to a page saying “bad request”. I have been attempting to make contact because of an ongoing problem with Norton 360 Premium which two of your agents have failed to resolve. The problem is that I cannot access my vault from the shortcut icon at the top right hand of the screen. I can gain access via the icon accessing the main program at the bottom of the screen. The problem started when I accepted your offer of an upgrade to Lifelock
